Use and Restrictions

Pricing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable and managed entirely through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then.
• No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
• If a free trial is offered, unused trial time will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

When you sign in with Apple, Apple provides a unique user identifier and optionally an email address (which Apple may relay or hide). We store only the minimum information required to associate your data with your account. We do not store passwords.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data integrity, or the accuracy of any content generated by the App.

The Developer is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by third-party providers (including but not limited to Apple iCloud, Apple App Store, or any analytics provider). Those services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You have no ownership or intellectual property rights in the App. The licence granted is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, or submitted to the competent courts of [TODO: jurisdiction].

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding use of the App. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
